How can I have a menu item span two lines?
XML Structure can use HTML formatting for menu items. It gives additional flexibility for customization.
Square brackets ("[" and "]") are used instead of standard corner brackets ("<" and ">").
In your case:
<item title="News [br]and Events"/>
Sometimes it is required to use square brackets without transformation to corner brackets. In this situation use double square brackets ("[[" and "]]").
